I had some software but when my computer crashed I lost it all. Now the new stuff I found is free to a point but when it comes to getting it off my machine it wants me to get the pay stuff. I know there is lots of free stuff to keep my computer up and running well but dont know where to find it? Also is there a way to make my computer fast again like it used to be…

can you install spyware on somes pc through e-mail if they just simply open the e-mail??? even if they dont click a link or open an attachment as well? which programs could do this, I am just wondering I think someone may have done it to me?
