I’ve taken my computer into my ISP guy to get my computer “cleaned” after I’ve gotten some unwanted spyware/viruses. I couldn’t get any of my Norton/McAfee/Spybot, etc to fix it for me, so I had to take it in. Is this an easy process I can do myself or is it best to be performed by a professional. From what I can tell, you simply remove everything and then reload all of the back-up software and other software that comes with your computer. Is there someone tha tcan give me detailed instruction son how to do this? It costs me about $50 every time I do this or 5 gallons of gas. Thanks in advance.
