I have a “guest” on my computer and my email account doesn’t log out – I want to remove any spyware/malware from my computer. Are there any free programs for this online that are legit? Appreciate your answers! Thanks

I have Spyware on my computer and in the process of trying to remove it I think I just added more! I can’t even use IE, it closes without warning and I can’t use the address bar at all without adding .com. I’ll buy software if I have to, but I thought if anyone had any recommendations first…
