My wife’s laptop computer is very slow. We’ve tried Spyware Doctor to get rid of spyware and we have McAfee Virus protection and AOL firewall protection. It is just so slow and locks up continually when she’s on the internet. Her computer has been used by temps and family so I’m afraid there’s a good chance there is an infection.

I have Toshiba laptop. I run a software for anti virus & spyware a week ago. I was about to use but when I turned it on it freezes. What will I do? Thanks!
